Why We Lease Our Lights
There's something about Christmas lights that takes us right back to being a kid. Driving around to see the neighbourhood glow, the first night they come on, the whole family stepping outside to look. We love that nostalgic feeling, and we built Exclusive Christmas Lights around it.
Today's lights aren't the old incandescent bulbs. We use commercial-grade LEDs that keep that warm, classic look while using far less power and holding up much better through a West Coast winter. Because we own and look after every strand, you never have to buy, store, untangle or replace a thing. We bring them out, hang them clean and straight, keep them shining all season, and pack them away when the holidays are done.
Permanent track lighting is a great option for some homes and businesses, since it can change colours for every season. But think about the last time you drove through a neighbourhood at Christmas. It's not the lights that are always there that catch your eye. It's the houses where someone clearly put in the effort, with rooflines traced clean and bright and everything glowing warm against the dark. Why do you lease the lights instead of hanging ones I already own?
Leasing means you never have to buy, test, untangle or store a single strand. We supply our own commercial-grade lights so every display looks crisp, runs reliably and is backed by our team all season. It's the worry-free way to enjoy a beautiful holiday glow, and returning customers enjoy our loyalty pricing.
What's included in my package?
Custom design, our leased commercial-grade lights, professional installation, in-season service, January take-down and storage until next season, all in one simple package.
What if something goes wrong mid-season?
Loose lights, connection issues and product defects are fixed free of charge, just give us a call.
When should I book?
As early as you can! Install dates fill up quickly by November, so booking your free estimate in the fall secures the best spot on our schedule. Returning customers who rebook when we take their lights down in January get our best early-booking savings. Spots do fill up, and we can only hold yours with a confirmed booking. A 50% deposit each season reserves your spot, with the balance due once your lights are up and shining.
Who do you light up?
We focus on commercial properties: shopping centres, office buildings, business parks, retail plazas, restaurants, churches and community centres. We also light select family homes across Surrey, Langley, Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
Are you insured?
Yes. Our crews are fully insured and covered by WorkSafeBC, so you can relax while we work.
What happens if the weather is bad on install day?
Safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe, we'll reschedule your install or removal to the next safe date, with no extra fee to you for a weather delay on our end.
How does take-down and storage work?
In January we carefully take our lights down from your building, label every run for your property and store them safely in our care until next season, so they're ready to shine again the moment you call us back.
Can I keep the same look next year?
Of course! We keep your design on file, and our leased lights come back each season ready for your building, so your clean, classic look returns just the way you love it. If you ever want a colour refresh, just ask. You only cover the cost of the new bulbs, and the lights stay ours as always.
